Eileen and Monica have been friends since Freshmen year of High School. One of Eileen's closest, sweetest friends. Monica is Eileen's sister from another mister; very happy Eileen and Matthew found each other! Both became closer over the years and enjoy their casual outings here and there. Typically after HS let out, Monica would come with Eileen to chill at the Burke household and catch up with other mutual friends of theirs (As well as have fun conversations with Mamma and Paddy B!). Monica is basically family with the Burke's at this point...possibly the Kuhn's now as well! Monica is currently dating James (who Eileen likes very much) and Eileen is hoping they will tie the knot at some point!

Bill and Matthew have known each other since their freshman year of high school with a friendship forged in the waters of the swim team’s slow lane. Bill and Matt stayed in touch when he moved to Philadelphia. Both still making the time to hike, cycle, and generally hang out when Matt was back in the DC area. Over their years of friendship they have shared many memories from relay disqualifications, to making terrible steaks at Rehoboth, to an icy U-Haul drive from Philly to DC, and Bill rescuing Matt and his dad Patrick from (Las Vegas Casinos) flying back to the wrong airport after visiting the Grand Canyon. Their friendship is legen-wait for it….dary! Legendary! Bill is looking forward to helping this wedding become the stuff of legend! Bill could not be more excited that Matt has met his perfect match in Eileen!

Allison and Eileen have known each other since they were 2. Both are still long time friends to this day (picture featured above when they were 4yrs old)! Allison is very much considered apart of the family as they spent a lot of their childhood together. Allison now lives in CA near her dad's side of the family. Eileen has visited Allison and her family a few times (most recent trip was to Lake Tahoe to meet Avery). Allison has 2 very goofy, sweet, cuddly, playful boxers (Branco Cruz and Frankie). Eileen got to meet Allison’s sweet hubby Dan and her toddler Avery who recently turned 1 in Sept 2024.

Been brothers with Matthew since 1998. Kevin also has a love for animals just like Matthew and Eileen. Kevin has a black lab blue tick hound mix named Cleetus and a kitten named Piper. Cleetus & the ring barrer Petey love to play together quite often. Kevin also has a love for coors light, his fiance Kimmie (they got engaged in 2024 as well), and his pickup truck.

Maureen and Eileen have been sisters since March 5th 1991. Maureen was very excited for a little sister! Eileen and Maureen have shared a lot of laughs and memories. Some favorite memories Eileen has with Maureen are tubing at gunpowder (Baltimore County), swimming at beaver dam (Baltimore County), Beach trips, decor shopping at the red mill during the fall season for decor, family trip to Williamsburg, and sitting at the Boordy winery listening to music. One of their favorite things to do together is watch family homemade VCR recordings (by Mama and Papa B) of them being silly as kids. Once Eileen started driving more, she would often would often visit Maureen and her brother in law Todd a bit in Baltimore; along with their cavaliers Jack and Lucy. Maureen has two kiddos Vivian and Michael. Vivian will be a flower girl along side Allison's daughter Avery!

Been brothers with Matthew since 2005. Brian is very excited for both his brothers who got engaged with in the same year. Brian is a hugeeeee Commanders Football Team fan and also a dog lover as well like the rest of our wedding party. Specifically, the "family" dog Lucy he and his brothers grew up with. Currently is going to college in Towson which he enjoys, but taking a break from his studies in May to be in the wedding of a lifetime!

Sing is Eileen's close cousin on Eileen's dad's side. They share lots of fun memories together from family beach trips, going to the fair, and other outings over the years. Eileen would also visit Sing at her old job from time to time when she was bartending at the Georgetown waterfront with their other cousins. Eileen is still close with Sing and sees her often. They both live in the city and can easily metro to visit one another. Sing is also getting married to a Matthew as well! Fun Fact: Their cousin Chrissy is married to a Matthew and they have an Uncle Matthew… It may get confusing with half of our family being named Matthew!

Matt and Gianni have known each other since even before they remember. (Gianni felt like they were the awkward kid with a full mustache in his Catilian). At SJC and beyond Matt, Bīll, Tristan, and Gianni, they formed life-long friendships and had many adventures! They survived tow trucks, broken meat thermometers, and countless times of last minute plans and wrong directions. Gianni is glad to see Matt make it to where he is today and glad that Matt and Eileen have found each other!

Sherry has been in Eileen's life since her early teens/twenties. Eileen's brother Brian, met Sherry through mutual friends and they have two kiddos as well; Isabelle and Caleb. Sherry and Eileen would go out for sushi and sometimes Eileen would tag along with Sherry to visit Brian when he worked at Growlers. Sherry has a talent our family loves; baking, Sherry has made lot of treats for the family over the years and we loved her variety of sweets! In addition Sherry is a very “sweet” and caring. Sherry loves family time and Eileen is happy to have her sister-in-law share this special day with her and the rest of the family.

Tristan went to St. John’s College High School and was lucky enough to fall in with a great group of friends—Matt, Bill, and Gianni. They all kept each other entertained and sane through the usual school routine. Fast forward to after college; they're still finding time to have fun together. Whether it’s biking, playing board games, watching movies, or *cough cough* ….checking out Strip clubs errr…… bars. Tristan is really happy all their friends can still get together. Tristan couldn’t be happier that Matt has found the love of his life in Eileen!

Kimmy is not only the beloved future sister-in-law but also Peter’s designated “wrangler” for the big day. As Peter’s second favorite person (after the groom, of course), she’s been entrusted with the crucial task of keeping Peter on track, ensuring he’s where he needs to be, and adding her own blend of humor and charm to the day. When she’s not handling Peter-related duties, you’ll find her spreading joy, laughter, and possibly a few hilarious Peter related stories at the wedding.

Get ready for the cutest guest at the wedding! Peter is the lovable, outspoken, goofy corgi belonging to Eileen’s soon to be hubby, Matthew. With Petey’s adorable stubby legs, nubby tail, and big smile. Peter has a knack for stealing the spotlight, some hearts… and maybe a few treats 😂 This affectionate 3 yr old pup (will be 4yrs old in June) has a personality that's as big as his heart. While Petey may have a tendency to be a tad annoying—(think playful barking during quiet moments or trying to steal the bride’s shoes)—Petey’s endearing charm is impossible to resist! Peter believes every day is an opportunity for belly rubs and snuggles, and he can’t wait to celebrate love with all his favorite humans. As he trots down the aisle with the rings securely tied to his collar, expect a few joyful barks and plenty of tail wags. Peter is here to make sure the day is filled with laughter, love, and a sprinkle of corgi mischief! 🥳❤️
